JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead coordination of manufacturing assembling integration and testing industrial activities at the final assembly line for C295 in India
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The job holder is responsible for sustaining and supporting integration and testing during assembly of aircraft it final assembly lion taking into consideration inputs from the rest of the multi functional team and continuous improvement of the process station time variance standard line balancing
- Standardize the manufacturing process
- Analyse and optimise build process minimise waste of time for production and increasing the security for the production and product
- Systems integration and testing
- Perform configuration control management
- Integrated the manufacturing dossier with all the technical information quality control maintenance health and safety equipment and tooling
- PerformTroubleshooting at ground test and flight line during final testing and customer acceptance phases
- Define key characteristics of the product and improve the key topics and repetitive problems that are impacting in the production area
- Be part of the MFT and support it together with production and quality
- Support continuous improvement based on the ME experience
- Analyze industrial impacts due to new modifications concurrence with the design office in order to adapt the design to real industrialisation and production
- Ensure the configuration control of the product
KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS
- English language antonymous level
- Engineering process knowledge of aero structures assembly and integration
- Aircraft systems functional tests
- Troubleshooting on aircraft
- Line maintenance experience desirable
- Technical lobbook quality log book and hnc management desirable
- Industrial means technology
- Project management fundamentals
- Catiap v5 basic knowledge
- Availability for travelling occasionally including training period in span
