What you will do
- Understand the entire customer support and communications landscape it Angel one it includes multiple channel such as push notifications toll free calling email support chatbot etc
- Building coherent and integrated view of customer support and communication interaction across channels
- Work closely with the product managers to measure and trag the key performance Matrix that are cracked as well as dash boarded
- Work with team to create and manage data pipelines for multiple futures and journeys
- Marriage raw data from different sources such as sales force ozontal and other internal tech systems
- Build dashboards for various Matrix and actively boring out the key insights
- Should be based in Bangalore and work from home the office for it please 2 days in a week
Who you are
- Highly proficient in SQL and who can handles last data sets tables in AWS red sheet data bricks python etc
- Experience in data visualisation in tools like tableau
- Ability to relate the user journey behaviour with date of from across different sources
- Ability to make sense out of data and trends should be able to validate the data independently to different state between real challenges in trends and data accuracy pipeline issues
- Board mind set towards data give a very high emphasis to well contextualized data
