QUALIFICATIONS
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical display in which provin experience coding in languages including but not limited to C,C++,C#, Java, Java script or python
- Or equivalent experience
Additional requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft customer and Government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialised security screenings
- Microsoft cloud background check this position will be required to pass the Microsoft cloud background check up on hire/transfer and every 2 years there after
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field with prove and experience coding in languages including but not limited to C,C++,C#, Java, JavaScript or python
- Or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field and one year technical engineering experience with coding in languages including but not limited to C,C++,C#, Java, JavaScript or python
- Or equivalent experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as subject matter expert for configuring troubleshooting and monitoring Azure
- Database/managed instance services identifies opportunities and implement automation to resolve to reduce live site incidents
- Owns,triages, investigates, and resolve service issues with emphasis on board communications learning and teaching throughout the process
- Interacts with customers planning from technical to execute level responding to escalations from support or service outages
- Drive initiative and projects across the organisation
- Periodic on call responsibilities
