JOB DESCRIPTION

Motorola is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales intern to support our defence business sales team in India the intern will gain exposure to the sales process contribute to business development efforts and learn about Motorola strategic approach to the defence sector

Key responsibilities

Sales support: assist the sales team in business opportunities on government hotels floating and managing relevant trackers managing customer relationship preparing sales proposals and conducting market research for potential clients in the defence sector

Customer out reach: support the team in identifying and contacting potential Government and defence industry customers by regular research

Sales administration: help maintain CRM system track sales leads and prepare sales presentations reports and documents

Event support: assist in the coordination of sales events trade shows and product demonstrations for government and defence sector clients Pan India

Data analysis: assistant analysing sales data to track progress towards targets identify opportunities and help improve sales performance

Collaboration: work closely with cross functional teams including marketing product management and operations to alliance sales strategies

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in business marketing engineering or a related field
Strong interest in the defence sector and sales functions
Good communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with an ability to conduct research and generator option able insights
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Google workspace
Ability to work in a fast faced environment multi task and meet deadlines
Selfie faster with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
