Responsibilities
- Support in managing the program requirements such as training and awareness plan tracking the programs effectiveness etc
- Assist in the consistent drive of the training escalation protocols
- Support in the execution of the core elements of the day to day org- wide training program operations including course assignments training reports and troubleshooting
- Validate the target audience data for complaints training and ensure remediation of gaps if any
- Support in accurate and clear program dashboards reports for the leadership and global stakeholders
- Work with the various stakeholder themes such as global complaints and HR in steering the program agenda forward
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the communication steam to drive awareness campaigns
- Support in the reviews of the AC HR screening process and due diligence screening as per the giving procedures
Required kills knowledge and experience
- Strong frequency in Microsoft office and Google suite comprehensive understanding of data analysis reporting and maintaining data integrity
- Strong analytical to root cause opportunities that help in actionable insights
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects it a given point in time
- Collaboration skills and adopt to it working in a team focused environmental
- Excellent communication inter personal and presentation skills to build cross functional relationships
- Pressure gradient professionals with 0-1 experience in training data reporting analysis and strong communication skills experience with LMS and administration would be preferable
