Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service rule preferably in a software or technology environment
- Experience with support ticketing systems
Education
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or related field
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer speaking technical assistance via phone or email
- Document and log all customer directions and issues
- Provide basic troubleshooting for product related issues including software installations
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Provide solutions to technical problems by researching as reflecting customer issues in a controlled environmental
- Perform road cars analysis on recurring issues and implement long term solutions to prevent future occurrence
